Als Servicemitarbeiter (w/m/d) im Hotel und Kongresszentrum Wanderath am Standort Wanderath (Eifel, Deutschland), Teil der E.ON Gastronomie GmbH, bist du in unserem Pausenbereich und in unserer Abendgastronomie Gastgeber für unsere Gäste und trägst damit als Gesicht unseres Hotels maßgeblich zum Wohlfühlfaktor für unsere Gäste bei. Dein Einsatzbereich umfasst den Pausenbereich unserer 12 Tagungsräume, zwei Restaurants mit bis zu 180 Sitzplätzen und einen Barbereich. Zusätzlich genießen unsere Gäste im Sommer die großzügige Außenterrasse sowie ganzjährig unsere Grillkota für besondere Events.

Das Hotel verfügt über 96 Zimmer, 12 Tagungsräume für bis zu 200 Personen und vielfältige Freizeitbereiche. Damit bieten wir sowohl für Tagungen als auch für private Gäste das ideale Umfeld. Unsere Küche überzeugt durch Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation und gesunde Speisen und unser Tagungsbereich durch Flexibilität und perfekte technische Ausstattung. Bei uns dreht sich alles um unsere Gäste. Job description

Eine Aufgabe, die dich begeistert

  • Bar- und Getränkeservice: Du unterstützt im Barbereich, bereitest Getränke zu, servierst diese und übernimmst die Ausgabe an unsere Gäste
  • Tisch- und Veranstaltungsservice: Du übernimmst den Tischservice bei gebuchten Abendessen im gastronomischen Bereich, inklusive Eindecken, Abräumen und Unterstützung bei Sonderleistungen wie Imbissen
  • Pausenservice: Du bereitest Snacks und Getränke für unsere Pausenstationen vor, bestückst und füllst diese sowie Kühlschränke regelmäßig auf
  • Ordnung und Sauberkeit: Du sorgst für das Aufräumen der Tagungsräume in den Pausen und zum Tagungsende sowie für allgemeine Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Hygienestandards: Du übernimmst die Reinigung und Pflege des Arbeitsbereiches, Spülarbeiten sowie die Reinigung der Kaffeemaschinen
  • Teamwork: Du unterstützt bei Bedarf in weiteren Servicebereichen, z. B. bei Großveranstaltungen oder im Frühstücksservice am Wochenende
