Unser Team
Unsere Abteilung CRM treibt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Implementierung von Salesforce als zentralem CRM System voran und stellt sicher, dass skalierbare Lösungen schnell und gleichzeitig mit hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden. Dabei steht die Verbindung von technologischer Innovation und stabilen Prozessen im Fokus, um nachhaltige und leistungsfähige Plattformen zu gestalten. Der Blick richtet sich dabei konsequent auf die Weiterentwicklung entlang von Bedarfen von E.ON, der Salesforce-Produktentwicklungs-Roadmap sowie auf neue Technologien wie AI als Innovationstreiber.

Die End-to-End Weiterentwicklung unserer Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud liegt in Deiner Hand – von Applikationsarchitektur bis zur operativen Umsetzung innerhalb einer komplexen Systemlandschaft inklusive Integrationsplattformen wie Mulesoft
Skalierbare Applikations-Architekturen gestalten und Kundenergebnisse verbessern
Skalierbare, performante Lösungen entstehen durch Deine enge Abstimmung mit E2E-Architekten, Fachbereichen, Product Ownern und weiteren Stakeholdern, wobei Du stets die Wirkung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette im Blick behältst
Entwickler fachlich führen und gemeinsame Erfolge ermöglichen
In Deiner Verantwortung liegt die Konzeption der technischen Ausrichtung unserer Salesforce-Implementierung. Dies kann ja nach Projekterfordernissen auch zeitweise die fachliche Leitung eines agilen Entwicklungsteams beinhalten und die gezielte Steuerung externer Partner mit dem Anspruch, Qualität kontinuierlich auf höchstem Niveau sicherzustellen
Komplexe Projekte entschlossen steuern und Ergebnisse liefern
Technische Initiativen werden von Dir in großen Projektstrukturen umgesetzt, wobei Du Entscheidungen triffst, Verantwortung übernimmst und auch in dynamischen Umfeldern verlässlich Ergebnisse sicherstellst
Prozesse hinterfragen und DevOps-Exzellenz entwickeln
Die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen, CI/CD-Pipelines sowie Deployment- und Release-Strategien wird aktiv von Dir vorangetrieben, indem bestehende Ansätze konsequent hinterfragt und verbessert werden – Deine eigenen Ideen und Visionen sind uns willkommen
Technologische Trends erkennen und Innovation systematisch integrieren
Der Status quo unserer Plattform wird regelmäßig analysiert, während Du relevante Entwicklungen der Salesforce-Roadmap sowie Trends im Markt (z.B. AI) frühzeitig nutzt, um neue Potenziale konsequent in die Architektur zu integrieren
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
Eine fundierte akademische Basis bildet das Fundament für Dein technisches Verständnis und Deine Fähigkeit, komplexe Systeme ganzheitlich zu durchdringen
Mehrjährige Erfahrung (idealerweise >5 Jahre) in System-Architektur Salesforce, Integration und Salesforce-Implementierungen
Deine Erfahrung umfasst die Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer Salesforce-Lösungen sowie deren Deployment in anspruchsvollen Systemlandschaften
Fundierte Expertise in Salesforce-Technologien und modernen Development-Umgebungen
Routiniert bewegst Du Dich in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL und Salesforce APIs und setzt Tools wie GitLab, Salesforce CLI, VS Code sowie Jira und Confluence sicher ein. Du bist vertraut mit den Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten durch AI im Engineering
Skalierbare Architekturkonzepte entwickeln und technisch exzellent umsetzen
Deine Fähigkeit, leistungsfähige Plattformlösungen zu entwerfen und deren nachhaltige Performance und Stabilität sicherzustellen, zeichnet Dich aus
Teams führen und agile Arbeitsweisen wirksam einsetzen
