- Eigenverantwortliche, Zielgruppen- und kanalgerechte Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Paid Social-Kampagnen auf Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn und weiteren sozialen Netzwerken
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Social Media Kampagnen basierend auf Business-KPIs und aktuellen Trends.
- Erstellen von innovativen Full-Funnel-Bewerbungsstrategien für relevante Audiences und gezielte Nutzung von Media Innovation zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität der Social Media Mediaplanung.
- Beratung der Kollegen im Social Media Team bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Media-Kampagnen für Influencer und Content Formate
- Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung des Tests & Learn Ansatzes: fortlaufendes, hypothesenbasiertes Testing, Evaluation der Ergebnisse und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Eigenverantwortliche Definition und Analyse von kanal- und kampagnengerechten Social Media KPIs, regelmäßige Wettbewerberanalysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen, Managementtaugliche Darstellung des Business Impact von Social Media Kampagnen.
- Kontinuierliche Identifikation und Bewertung von Social Media Trends und neuen Möglichkeiten
- Aktive Beratung und Koordination aller relevanten Stakeholder, intern (Vertrieb, Strategie etc.) sowie extern (Agenturen)
- Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben im Rahmen der betrieblichen Erfordernisse
In deinem Profil spiegelt sich Kompetenz – ruhig, klar, wirkungsvoll.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
- Umfassende Berufserfahrung im Bereich Paid Social, wünschenswerterweise auf Agentur- und Unternehmensseite
- Mindestens sechs Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Paid Social wünschenswert.
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Tracking-Konzepte, hohe Zahlenaffinität und analytische Fähigkeiten, fundierte Kenntnis der relevanten Social-Media-KPIs
- umfassendes fachliches und technisches Know-how relevanter Social-Media-Kanäle, sowie der zugehörigen Tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager etc.
- Ausgeprägte, langjährige, Erfahrung in der Aktivierung von ganzheitlichen Social Media Kampagnen entlang des Marketing-Sales-Funnels sowie ein sehr gutes Gespür für zielgruppen- und kanalgerechte Social Media Kommunikation
- Erfahrung in der Bewerbung von integrierten Social Media- und Influencer/Creator Projekten
- Interesse am Themenfeld Energie und Energie-Produkten mit der Bereitschaft, sich in diesen Themenfeldern selbständig weiterzuentwickeln
- Erfahrung im Projekt- und Stakeholder Management in einem Multi-Stakeholder Konzernumfeld sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
