Job description
Unser Team
Unser Team entwickelt das Performance Management im COO-Bereich kontinuierlich weiter und schafft mit innovativen Technologien wie KI und Digitalisierung die Grundlage für mehr Transparenz, Steuerbarkeit und nachhaltige Leistungsentwicklung. Gemeinsam mit der Abteilung KPI Reporting & Analyse treiben wir zentrale Zukunftsthemen voran – insbesondere das Verständnis von Wirkzusammenhängen zwischen Kennzahlen, Zielen und operativen Maßnahmen. Digitale und KI-gestützte Lösungen integrieren wir gezielt in unsere Performance-Dialoge, um Ziele nachvollziehbarer zu machen, Entscheidungen datenbasiert zu unterstützen und einen aktiven Beitrag zur Zielerreichung im operativen Geschäft zu leisten. Als EBS-Koordinatoren analysieren wir Optimierungspotenziale, entwickeln individuelle EBS-Roadmaps und begleiten Teams bei deren erfolgreichen, digital unterstützten Umsetzung.

Performance Management weiterentwickeln
Gemeinsam mit KPI Reporting & Analyse entwickelst du das Performance Management im COO-Bereich weiter, nutzt KI und digitale Tools zur Analyse von Wirkzusammenhängen von KPIs und überführst datenbasierte Erkenntnisse in wirksame, technologiegestützte Steuerungsansätze.
Performance‑Dialoge gestalten und weiterentwickeln
Du entwickelst unsere Performance‑Dialoge kontinuierlich weiter, verknüpfst Ziele, Kennzahlen und operative Maßnahmen mithilfe digitaler und KI-basierter Methoden miteinander und sorgst für mehr Transparenz, Orientierung und Wirksamkeit in der Zielsteuerung.
OKR‑Prozess verantworten
Du steuerst den gesamten COO‑OKR‑Prozess, koordinierst Tracking‑ und Review‑Routinen mit digitalen Lösungen und sorgst für eine verlässliche Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern.
EBS‑Koordination übernehmen
Als zentrale Ansprechperson koordinierst du EBS‑Aktivitäten, strukturierst die Umsetzung mit Hilfe digitaler Tools und treibst Weiterentwicklungen aktiv voran.
Bedarfsanalysen & Coachings durchführen
Du identifizierst konkrete EBS‑Bedarfe (Bereiche: People, Improve und Performance), nutzt KI-gestützte Analyseverfahren, entwickelst gezielte Coaching‑Impulse und begleitest Teams auf ihrem digitalen Entwicklungsweg.
EBS‑Arbeitspakete steuern
Arbeitspakete werden von dir geplant, priorisiert und in enger Abstimmung verlässlich vorangetrieben, um messbare Verbesserungen zu erzielen.
Bist du unser Playmaker?
Berufserfahrung im Performance‑Management‑Umfeld
Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Performance Management, der Entwicklung von Steuerungs- und Zielsystemen, Organisationsentwicklung sowie in digitalen Transformationsprojekten mit und hast idealerweise bereits mit OKR-, EBS-, Lean- und KI-basierten Frameworks gearbeitet.
Fundiertes KPI‑Verständnis & analytische Stärke
Du verstehst Kennzahlen nicht nur als Reporting-Instrumente, sondern erkennst deren Wirkzusammenhänge und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsimpulse ab.
Präsentationsstärke auf Management‑Ebene
Du präsentierst komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht und überzeugst durch klare Botschaften, fundierte Analysen und souveränes Auftreten.
Agile Methoden & Moderation
Mit fundierter Erfahrung in Scrum, agilen Arbeitsmethoden, Moderationstechniken und Coaching‑Methoden sorgst du für Orientierung und Fortschritt, unterstützt durch digitale Tools.
Strukturiertes Portfolio‑ und Projektmanagement

Deutsch beherrschst du sicher auf C1‑Niveau, Englisch setzt du souverän mindestens auf B2 ein.
