Job description
Deine Mission
Als Senior Developer – Inspire Designer verantwortest Du die technische Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Formularlösungen im Customer Correspondence Management. Du entwickelst, pflegst und integrierst Formulare auf Basis von Daten aus Billing- und CRM-Systemen und sorgst dafür, dass bestehende und neue Systemlandschaften nahtlos miteinander verbunden sind. Im Kontext der Transformation der Billing-Plattform gestaltest Du den Übergang zwischen Bestands- und Zielarchitektur aktiv mit und stellst sicher, dass Formulare, Prozesse und Datenstrukturen konsistent und zukunftsfähig umgesetzt werden.

Formularlösungen entwickeln & weiterentwickeln
Mit Quadient Inspire Designer entwickelst Du Formularlösungen, passt bestehende Templates an und optimierst sie kontinuierlich, damit stabile und nutzerorientierte Ergebnisse entstehen
Fachliche Anforderungen technisch umsetzen
Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen analysierst Du, integrierst sie strukturiert in bestehende Formular-Templates und überführst sie in funktionale Formularlogiken; insbesondere bei Abrechnungsanforderungen sorgst Du für eine fachlich und technisch überzeugende Umsetzung
Dynamische Logiken implementieren
Komplexe Formularlogiken setzt Du mit JavaScript um und schaffst so flexible sowie performante Lösungen
Systeme vernetzen & Daten nutzen
Die Verarbeitung strukturierter Daten aus Billing- und CRM-Systemen wie XML, JSON oder RDI liegt in Deiner Verantwortung, ebenso wie die technische Anbindung liefernder Systeme und deren effiziente Einbindung in die Formularerstellung
Transformation aktiv begleiten
Im Rahmen der Migration in die neue Billing-Welt entwickelst Du bestehende Formulare weiter und gestaltest den Übergang zwischen Bestands- und Zielarchitektur aktiv mit
Fehler analysieren & Stabilität sichern
Durch die systematische Analyse von Formularen, Datenanbindungen und Ausgabestrecken identifizierst Du Fehlerursachen, behebst diese nachhaltig und trägst zu einem stabilen Betrieb bei
Tests durchführen & Dokumentation pflegen
Entwickler- und Integrationstests führst Du eigenständig durch, während Du technische Dokumentationen zu Formularen, Schnittstellen und Prozessen kontinuierlich aktuell hältst
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Ausbildung mit technischem Fundament
Ein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet Deine Basis; technische Zusammenhänge erfasst Du schnell und setzt diese strukturiert um
Berufserfahrung in Formular- und Systementwicklung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung von etwa 5–7 Jahren in einer vergleichbaren Rolle bringst Du bereits mit; Erfahrungen im Konzernumfeld sind von Vorteil, Kenntnisse der Energiebranche ein Plus
Formular-Stack: Quadient Inspire und SAP Forms
Sehr gute praktische Erfahrung mit Quadient Inspire Designer und Interactive sowie Kenntnisse in SAP-Formularentwicklung wie Adobe Forms oder SmartForms zeichnen Dich aus; ein Grundverständnis von Inspire Scaler ergänzt Dein Profil
CRM- und Schnittstellenkompetenz
Im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, insbesondere SAP CE und SAP CRM, bist Du sicher und verfügst über Erfahrung mit ABAP-basierten Schnittstellen im SAP-Umfeld
Daten, Modelle und Systemlandschaften
Strukturierte Datenformate wie XML und JSON nutzt Du routiniert und verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis komplexer Datenmodelle, von IT-Infrastrukturen sowie moderner Schnittstellenarchitekturen
Kommunikation, Lernfähigkeit und Sprache
Technische Inhalte vermittelst Du klar und adressatengerecht, nutzt KI-Lösungen produktiv, lernst neue Technologien schnell und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch C1 sowie Englisch mindestens B2
