- Du unterstützt den Auftraggeber dabei, agile Praktiken wie Tribes und Squads zu etablieren und sorgst für einheitliche Arbeitsweisen.
- Du stellst sicher, dass Scrum-Prozesse eingehalten werden, und kümmerst dich um die Pflege und Optimierung der eingesetzten Tools (z. B. Jira).
- Du führst Trainings zu agilen Methoden durch und stärkst das Team in Bereichen wie User Stories, Backlog-Management und agilem Mindset.
- Du hilfst dem Team, sich eigenständig zu organisieren, und vermittelst Lean-Management-Methoden für effizientere Arbeitsprozesse.
- Du planst, organisierst und moderierst Scrum-Meetings wie Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews und Retrospektiven.
- Du misst den Teamfortschritt anhand von KPIs, analysierst agile Metriken und leitest Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung ein.

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Fachgebiet sowie über fundierte Berufserfahrungen von mindestens 2 Jahren.
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master, idealerweise in agilen Großprojekten oder skalierten Frameworks wie SAFe oder LeSS.
- Du verfügst über umfassendes Wissen in agilen Methoden und Praktiken sowie ausgeprägte Coaching-Kompetenzen.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit agilen Metriken, KPIs und Tools wie Jira.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, moderationsfähig und kannst dich durchsetzen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und bist Teamfähig.
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (min. Niveau C1) mit.
