Job description
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams der PreussenElektra GmbH am Standort Isar/Essenbach suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Schichtfachhandwerker (w/m/d) im Schichtspringerdienst.
Dabei wünschen wir uns deine Unterstützung:
- Einsatz als Fahrbetriebsfachhandwerker (w/m/d) im KKI1 und KKI2 (Schwerpunkt zunächst Ausbildung für Block 2)
- Selbstständige Überwachung und Bedienung elektrischer, leittechnischer und maschinentechnischer Einrichtungen
- Ausarbeitung von elektrotechnischen Freischaltmaßnahmen, Simulierungen und Grenzwertänderungen gemäß Instandhaltungsordnung
- Durchführung elektrotechnischer und mechanischer Freischaltungen, Normalisierungen und Funktionsprüfungen gemäß Instandhaltungsordnung
- Selbstständige Durchführung von wiederkehrenden Prüfungen im Zuständigkeitsbereich in der Eigenbedarfsanlage des Kraftwerks einschließlich der Notstromerzeugungsanlagen
- Führung von Protokollen bei Anlagenrundgängen, Inbetriebnahmen und wiederkehrenden Prüfungen sowie Kontrolle der erfassten Systemparameter auf Plausibilität
- Durchführung von Fehler- und Störungsanalysen im elektro-, leittechnischen und maschinentechnischen Bereich einschließlich der Störungsbehebung im Aufgabenbereich und Erstellung zugehöriger Störmeldungen
- Konsequente Umsetzung unserer 0-Unfall-Strategie („Vision Zero“) durch die Priorisierung von Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen, Strahlenschutzvorschriften sowie aller für den Tätigkeitsbereich zutreffenden betrieblichen Vorgaben wie Betriebshandbuch, Betriebsvorschriften, Schicht- und Betriebsanweisungen, VDE etc.
- Bedienung und Prüfung der gasbefeuerten Wärmezentrale einschließlich zugehöriger Beauftragung (im Schicht- und Tagdienst)
- Übernahme von Aufgaben in der KKI-Werkfeuerwehr und optional als Betriebssanitäter (im Schicht- und Tagdienst)
- Blockübergreifende Unterstützung der Teilbereiche Schichtbetrieb, Betriebstechnik und Arbeitssteuerung im Tagdienst bei der Bearbeitung von elektro-, leittechnischen und maschinentechnischen Aufgaben, beispielsweise bei der Umsetzung von Änderungsvorhaben oder Bearbeitung und Durchführung von Freischaltungen, Normalisierungen, dauerhaften Außerbetriebnahmen und wiederkehrenden Prüfungen
Das bringst du idealerweise mit:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker (w/m/d), Elektroniker (w/m/d), Mechatroniker (w/m/d) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss in der Elektrotechnik
- Bereitschaft zum lebenslangen Lernen in Form einer betriebsinternen Weiterqualifikation zum Fahrbetriebsfachhandwerker Block 1 und 2 (Schwerpunkt zunächst Ausbildung für Block 2) einschließlich der Weiterbildung in maschinentechnischen Aufgaben sowie optional zum Schichtführer
- Uneingeschränkte Tauglichkeit und Bereitschaft sowohl für den Einsatz im Schichtdienst in Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht, als auch für den Einsatz in der KKI-Werkfeuerwehr gemäß G26/3 (Tragen von schwerem Atemschutz) und optional für den Einsatz als Betriebssanitäter
- Verständnis und gute Anwendungskenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen und deren Einsatz zur Optimierung von Betriebsabläufen
- Authentische und integre Handlungsweise bei gleichzeitig hoher Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität, die dein Team inspirieren und eine „Wir sind PEL“-Mentalität schaffen
- Verantwortungsbewusstes und eigeninitiatives Arbeiten, geprägt von Zuverlässigkeit und der Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen konstante Ergebnisse zu erzielen
