Unser Team
Das Sales-Team von E.ON Drive Austria treibt die Mobilitätswende aktiv voran. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir individuelle Ladeinfrastrukturlösungen für Unternehmen, Flottenbetreiber, Immobilienunternehmen und weitere B2B-Kunden. Von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung begleiten wir unsere Kundinnen und Kunden auf dem Weg in eine nachhaltige, elektrifizierte Zukunft. Dabei setzen wir auf unternehmerisches Denken, Teamgeist und den Anspruch, für jede Herausforderung die beste Lösung zu finden. Basierend auf der Struktur und dem Stil des bestehenden Stellenprofils.

Neukundengewinnung & Geschäftsentwicklung
Du identifizierst Marktpotenziale, gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden und baust nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen auf. Mit deinem Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse entwickelst du individuelle Vertriebsstrategien und erschließt neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Bereich Ladeinfrastruktur und Elektromobilität.
Ausschreibungen & Angebotsmanagement
Bei Ausschreibungen, Verkaufsinitiativen und komplexen Angebotsprozessen unterstützt du die Geschäftsführung. Dabei koordinierst du interne und externe Stakeholder und stellst sicher, dass unsere Lösungen sowohl technisch als auch wirtschaftlich überzeugen.
Vertriebsberatung & Lösungsentwicklung
Gemeinsam mit unseren technischen Expertinnen und Experten entwickelst du ganzheitliche Ladeinfrastrukturlösungen für B2B-Kunden. Du verstehst die Anforderungen unserer Kundschaft und übersetzt diese in überzeugende Konzepte mit nachhaltigem Mehrwert.
Kundenmanagement & Beziehungsaufbau
Die Verantwortung für den gesamten Vertriebsprozess liegt in deinen Händen – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Dabei baust du langfristige Partnerschaften auf und positionierst E.ON Drive Austria als verlässlichen Partner der Energiewende im Verkehr.
Marktbeobachtung & Wettbewerbsanalyse
Du beobachtest kontinuierlich Markttrends, technologische Entwicklungen und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten im Umfeld von Elektromobilität, Ladeinfrastruktur und intelligenten Energielösungen und leitest daraus vertriebliche Chancen ab.
Reporting & Forecasting
Deine Vertriebspipeline pflegst du professionell, erstellst Forecasts und Reportings und unterstützt damit datenbasierte Entscheidungen sowie die strategische Geschäftsentwicklung.
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Vertriebserfahrung in der Elektromobilität
Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Ladeinfrastrukturen, intelligenten Energiesystemen oder vergleichbaren Lösungen im Umfeld der Elektromobilität. Technische Zusammenhänge verstehst du schnell und kannst diese verständlich vermitteln.
Erfolgreiche Sales-Persönlichkeit
Mehrere Jahre erfolgreiche Tätigkeit als eigenständiger Sales Manager zeichnen deinen beruflichen Werdegang aus. Dabei überzeugst du durch Abschlussstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerisches Denken.

Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Das tatsächliche Gehalt vereinbaren wir gemeinsam in einem persönlichen Gespräch.
