Job description
Welche Herausforderungen warten bei uns auf dich?
- Kundenmanagement bAV: Du betreust einen festen Kundenbestands im Bereich der betrieblichen Altersversorgung
- Leistungsberechnung & Vorsorgeplanung: Du berechnest die Leistungen zu Versorgungs- und Vorruhestandsbezügen
- Dokumentation & Reporting: Du erstellst regelmäßig die Standmitteilungen zu Anwartschaften
- Verfahrenskoordination: Du koordinierst die Durchführung von Versorgungsausgleichsverfahren.
- Digitale Datenverwaltung: Du pflegst und führst die digitalen Personalakten für deinen Kundenbestand.
- Telefonischer First-Level-Support: Du berätst die Mitarbeitenden unserer Kundengesellschaften telefonisch.
- Prozessentwicklung & Projektunterstützung: Du wirkst an internen Projekten und an der laufenden Optimierung unserer Prozesse mit.

- Fachliche Qualifikation: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Personal- oder Versicherungswirtschaft
- Berufliche Erfahrung: Erste Kenntnisse in der betrieblichen Altersversorgung und der gesetzlichen Rentenversicherung sind von Vorteil – aber kein Muss: Auch motivierte Quereinsteiger*innen sind bei uns willkommen
