Die Energie-Pensions-Management GmbH (EPM) ist ein Gemeinschaftsunternehmen von E.ON und Uniper mit jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung in der betrieblichen Altersversorgung und dem Management von Pensionseinrichtungen. Mit rund 90 Mitarbeitenden betreuen wir über 90.000 Anwärter*innen, Versorgungsempfänger*innen und Vorruheständler*innen – transparent, wertschätzend, lösungsorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst.

Welche Herausforderungen warten bei uns auf dich?
- Kundenmanagement bAV: Du betreust eigenverantwortlich einen festen Kundenbestand im Bereich der betrieblichen Altersversorgung
- Leistungsberechnung & Vorsorgeplanung: Du berechnest die Leistungen zu Versorgungs- und Vorruhestandsbezügen
- Dokumentation & Reporting: Du erstellst regelmäßig die Standmitteilungen zu Anwartschaften
- Verfahrenskoordination: Du koordinierst die Durchführung von Versorgungsausgleichsverfahren
- Digitale Datenverwaltung: Du pflegst und führst die digitalen Personalakten für deinen Kundenbestand
- Telefonischer First-Level-Support: Du berätst die Mitarbeitenden unserer Kundengesellschaften telefonisch
- Prozessentwicklung & Projektunterstützung: Du wirkst an internen Projekten und an der laufenden Optimierung unserer Prozesse mit

- Fachliche Qualifikation: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Personal- oder Versicherungswirtschaft
- Berufliche Erfahrung: Erste Kenntnisse in der betrieblichen Altersversorgung und der gesetzlichen Rentenversicherung sind für unser spezifisches Aufgabenspektrum unerlässlich
- Das zeichnet dich aus: Du hast Freude daran in den direkten Kontakt mit unseren Kunden zu treten und diese telefonisch über das Vorsorgespektrum zu informieren
