Deine Aufgaben

  • Du steuerst und koordinierst unsere Partnerfirmen, unter anderem für die Verbrauchsdatenerfassung, die Endkundenabrechnung, und das Kundenkontaktmanagement

  • Die IT-Schnittstellen für die Verbrauchsdatenerfassung, die Abrechnungssoftware das Kundenportal und das Installateur-Portal werden von Dir betreut

  • Du koordinierst und pflegst die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnerkommunen und den beteiligten Fachbehörden

  • Bei der Erstellung von Erlösauswertungen und Abrechnungen der Sparte Schmutzwasser für unsere Partnerkommunen arbeitest Du mit

  • Die Koordination und Erstellung vertriebsrelevanter Veröffentlichungen und Bekanntmachungen liegt in Deinem Aufgabenbereich

  • Du koordinierst und führst durch vertriebsrelevante Sonderprojekte

  • Die Koordination der Klärung rechtlicher Fragestellungen verantwortest Du

  • Die Vertretungsfunktion im Kundenkontaktmanagement einschließlich der Beschwerdebearbeitung übernimmst Du

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion und Branche

  • Ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein, Organisationsstärke sowie ein starkes Teamplay zeichnen Dich aus

  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und hast eine ausgeprägte „Hands-on“-Mentalität

  • Du bist kommunikativ, zuverlässig und motiviert und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf

  • Idealerweise verfügst Du über gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie in den Systemen SAP EAM und SIV AG kVASy
