Job description

Das Auftragsmanagement der E.ON Energie Dialog GmbH sorgt für die effiziente Koordination und Steuerung der Kundenservice-Aufträge in unseren Call Centern im Einklang mit den Vorgaben unserer Muttergesellschaft, der E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH.

  • Überwachung und Analyse der relevanten KPIs, um den reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen und die Servicequalität kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Übernahme der Ressourcenplanung und Sicherstellung der Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) durch effektive Personal- und Prozesssteuerung
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Reports sowie Präsentationen zur Leistungsmessung sowie der Qualitätssicherung
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit unserer Muttergesellschaft sowie relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Bearbeitung von Eskalationen und Entwicklung von Lösungen für komplexe oder kritische Sachverhalte
  • Analyse bestehender Arbeitsabläufe und Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fach-/Hochschulstudium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse in PC-Standardanwendungen (wie MS-Office) und prozessorientierten IT-Systemen
  • Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denkvermögen
  • Ein hohes Kommunikationsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Soziale Kompetenz, Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
