We are responsible for the preparation of financial statements for key E.ON companies and operate the central commercial system and process landscape as well as other digital solutions based on state-of-the-art technologies and working methods. E.ON Accounting Solutions GmbH serves international Group companies from the Essen and Regensburg sites as an integral part of the E.ON Group.

Job description

A job that inspires you

In this role, you will play a key part in enabling the digital transformation of Finance Services by shaping communication, change, and training initiatives across the organization. As part of the Digital & Governance team, you will closely collaborate with finance experts, process owners, and project teams to support the implementation of digital solutions and process changes.

Your focus will be on making change tangible and accessible. With a strong understanding of stakeholder needs and effective communication methods, you will help create transparency, foster acceptance, and drive sustainable adoption of new digital ways of working.

Your work will directly support the strategic transformation of Finance Services, helping to establish harmonized and digital finance operations across the group. Through your expertise, you will contribute to sustainable improvements, strengthen governance structures, and help shape the future setup of digital finance processes within one of Europe’s leading energy companies.

  • Change & Communication

• Accompany people during (digital) changes
• Maintenance of the central intranet presence (Unily)
• Conducting customer surveys and service reviews with the E.ON companies
• Organization and coordination of the overarching key user support in cooperation with the functional business support teams
• Implementation of virtual Welcome & Orientation Sessions and personal key user workshops at various E.ON locations
• Responsible for the key user concept and the maintenance of our key user portal

  • Training

• Cooperation with the change and communication team of the S/4 HANA project to coordinate training-relevant content and measures in the future line organization
• Further development of the central S/4 United training concept and derivation of suitable innovative training formats
• Close coordination with the virtual trainer team in the finalization and quality assurance of the training materials

A background that convinces us

  • You have a degree in economics / business psychology or communication sciences or media design or a degree with a focus on digitization / automation / IT.
  • You have a strong interest in digital topics and are familiar with dealing with AI
  • You have a passion for accompanying people in (digital) changes
  • You have very good presentation and moderation skills and ideally experience in the training area
  • You have very good communication skills and linguistic expressiveness (DE and EN) in speech and writing.
  • You enjoy thinking creatively and implementing innovative formats
  • You work responsibly, in a structured and independent manner and knowledge of agile project management methods is part of your profile.
  • You are a team player and able to work under pressure and enjoy working in virtual teams. You can shape cooperation and live support, but you can also drive decisions.
  • You are willing to travel on business.
  • You are confident in using common MS Office applications, ideally with advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS SharePoint and Unily
  • Experience in project management of business and IT projects is an advantage
