Job description

Eine Aufgabe, die dich begeistert

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Finanzierungsvehikel und -struktur der betrieblichen Altersversorgung im E.ON Konzern (CTA, Pensionsfonds, Pensionskassen etc.)
  • Leitung von komplexen Projekten im Umfeld der Finanzierung betrieblicher Altersversorgung (z.B. mit Fokus auf die Bilanzsteuerung, die Anlagestrategie etc.) und damit verwandter Themen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Anlagestrategie und Durchführung von ALM-Studien und Modellierungen (z.B. Zinshedging, FX-Hedging etc.) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Risikomanagement und dem Portfoliomanagement
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Gremiensitzungen, Dotierungs- und Erstattungsprozessen, SLA-Abstimmungen etc.
  • Stakeholder-Management rund um die Altersversorgungsvehikel, insb. Abstimmungen mit Legal, Tax, Accounting, HR und den operativen Gesellschaften
  • Verantwortung für einzelne allgemeine Zielen der Finanzfunktion des E.ON Konzerns

Ein Background, der uns überzeugt

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder verwandten Fächern
  • Praxiserfahrung im Bereich der Kapitalanlage und betrieblichen Altersversorgung, bevorzugt im Umfeld eines Großkonzerns oder in entsprechenden Beratungs- oder Prüfungsunternehmen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift mit internen und externen Stakeholdern auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Selbständigkeit
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook), Verständnis für die Funktionsweise von Business Intelligence Tools (z.B. Tableau)
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
