Job description
Unser Team
Unser Team External Communications verantwortet die strategische Außenkommunikation von E.ON mit dem Ziel, Reputation und öffentliche Wahrnehmung nachhaltig zu stärken. Im Fokus stehen Earned Media, relevante Stakeholder sowie die gezielte Platzierung von Themen an der Schnittstelle von Energiepolitik, Markt und Kundenerwartungen. Innerhalb eines interdisziplinären Newsrooms wird daten- und KI-gestützt eine integrierte 360°-Kommunikation gestaltet. So positioniert das Team E.ON als starken und glaubwürdigen Vordenker der Energiewende.
Dein Spielfeld
Narrative entwickeln und gezielt platzieren
Du baust zentrale Themen auf und positionierst sie in digitalen sowie öffentlichen Debattenräumen, um E.ON als Thought Leader sichtbar zu machen und relevante Entwicklungen im Energiemarkt frühzeitig aufzugreifen
Inhalte entlang der gesamten Kommunikationsklaviatur steuern
Medienstatements, Presseformate und Social Inhalte entwickelst und steuerst Du zielgruppengerecht, während Du Perspektiven unserer Zielgruppen tiefgehend verstehst und antizipierst
Dynamisch auf aktuelle Entwicklungen reagieren
Aktuelle Themen greifst Du schnell auf und setzt auf Basis fundierter Fakten eigene Impulse, wobei Dein Gespür für Timing und öffentliche Debatten entscheidend ist
Komplexe Inhalte verständlich übersetzen
Energiewirtschaftliche, regulatorische und politische Zusammenhänge bereitest Du so auf, dass daraus klare und wirkungsstarke Botschaften entstehen, die Erwartungen von Stakeholdern nicht nur erfüllen, sondern übertreffen
Zusammenarbeit entlang zentraler Schnittstellen gestalten
Mit Management, Fachbereichen und regulatorischen Einheiten arbeitest Du eng zusammen und stellst so ein konsistentes Narrativ sicher
Datenbasiert Kommunikation weiterentwickeln
Insights aus Social Listening und Analysen nutzt Du gezielt, um Maßnahmen zu optimieren und fundierte Entscheidungen zur Weiterentwicklung der Kommunikation zu treffen
Stakeholder strategisch einbinden und Beziehungen stärken
Relevante interne und externe Kontakte baust Du aktiv aus, stärkst Vertrauen und entwickelst langfristige Beziehungen weiter
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Abgeschlossenes Studium im relevanten Umfeld
Ein Studium beispielsweise in Kommunikation, Journalismus, Politik oder Wirtschaft bildet Deine fachliche Grundlage
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in externer Kommunikation und Public Affairs
Fundierte Praxiserfahrung in PR, Journalismus oder strategischer bzw. politischer Kommunikation ermöglicht Dir, komplexe Themen sicher einzuordnen und wirkungsvoll zu positionieren
Tiefgehendes Verständnis für Energie-, Markt- und Regulierungsthemen
Zusammenhänge aus Energiepolitik, Wirtschaft und Regulierung werden von Dir schnell erfasst, bewertet und in klare Kommunikationsstrategien überführt
Exzellente Fähigkeit zur zielgruppengerechten Kommunikation
Komplexe Inhalte bereitest Du adressatengerecht auf und vermittelst sie kanalübergreifend verständlich und wirkungsvoll
Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und datengetriebener Kommunikation
Microsoft 360, Redaktionstools wie Scompler sowie Social Listening und Power BI setzt Du souverän ein und nutzt KI-gestützte Ansätze gezielt zur Optimierung
Kommunikativer Instinkt, Umsetzungsstärke und souveränes Auftreten
Relevante Themen erkennst Du frühzeitig, handelst mit hoher Eigeninitiative und überzeugst im Austausch mit Management sowie externen, auch kritischen Stakeholdern durch Klarheit und Haltung
Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
