Job description
Deine Aufgaben
Übergreifende Koordination des Gesamtprojekts inkl. Steuerung zentraler Workstreams (Standortsicherung, Rollout, Betrieb, Einkauf, Produktmanagement)
Stakeholdermanagement und Schnittstelle zu Bundesbehörden (z. B. BMV, Vertragsmanagement), inkl. Klärung von Anforderungen und Abstimmung projektbezogener Themen
Erstellung und Präsentation von Management-Reports (Country Manager, C-Level) zu Standortentwicklung, Ausbaufortschritt und Herausforderungen
Budgetplanung und -kontrolle sowie Übersicht und Prüfung der sachgerechten Verwendung von Fördermitteln
Sicherstellung von Compliance und vollständiger Projektdokumentation zur Qualitäts- und Prozesseffizienz
Enge teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Commercial, Rollout, Einkauf, IT, Betrieb, Finance, Legal, Controlling und Compliance
Beratung und operative Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei projektspezifischen Fragestellungen und Entscheidungen
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Controlling oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, PMO, Consulting oder Rollout-Management – idealerweise in komplexen Infrastruktur- oder IT-Projekten
Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen, insbesondere Business Central und Excel; idealerweise Erfahrung mit Sitetracker (Salesforce)
Ausgeprägtes Stakeholdermanagement und starke interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamorientierung und diplomatisches Geschick
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Hohe Affinität zu Zahlen, kaufmännischen Prozessen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
