Du möchtest die Energiewende vorantreiben und Photovoltaik-Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung begleiten? Mit Deinem Verhandlungsgeschick und Deinem Know-how bringst Du nachhaltige Energieprojekte erfolgreich voran.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du prüfst und verantwortest Freiflächen Photovoltaik-Projekte in allen Projektphasen hinsichtlich ihrer wirtschaftlichen, rechtlichen und ökologischen Rahmenbedingungen
- Die Sicherung von geeigneten Freiflächen-Standorten in Deutschland ist Ergebnis Deiner effektiven Akquisition
- Mit Deinem souveränen Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick überzeugst Du Flächeneigentümer, Gemeinden, Dienstleister und Investoren
- Du führst fachliche Projektteams, steuerst externe Marktpartner und sorgst für eine schnelle und reibungslose Umsetzung unserer Projekte
- Du bist zusammen mit den Kolleg:innen verantwortlich, eine Projektpipeline bis zur Umsetzung nachhaltig aufzubauen
Dein Profil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium einer planerischen oder energiewirtschaftlichen Fachrichtung (z.B. Architektur, Bauwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Erneuerbare Energien) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Projektakquise und -entwicklung von Photovoltaik Freiflächenanlagen
- Ein fundiertes Fachwissen im Bereich Photovoltaik, Baurecht, Energiewirtschaft und / oder Vertragswesen ist für Dich selbstverständlich
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und unternehmerischer Umsetzung
- Durch Deine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise entwickelst Du Deine Projekte effizient und zielgerichtet
- In Vertragsverhandlungen bist Du sehr geschickt und weißt zu überzeugen
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache verhandlungssicher (mind. B2) und kannst somit deutschlandweit Entscheidungsträger von unseren Konzepten überzeugen
