Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst und steuerst maßgeschneiderte Energielösungen für große Industriekunden mit Fokus auf Dekarbonisierung
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsentwicklung im Bereich industrieller Energieerzeugung mit Schwerpunkt auf Europa und Deutschland
- Du entwickelst das Lösungsportfolio weiter, übernimmst Verantwortung für den Eintritt in neue Märkte und verkörperst dabei das Playmaker-Mindset, indem du deine Arbeit stets mit Leidenschaft ausübst
- Du verantwortest Akquise, Konzeptentwicklung, Angebotserstellung und Projektentwicklung bis zur Investitionsentscheidung und Vertragsunterzeichnung
- Du erstellst Business Cases und integrierte Energiekonzepte, führst Vertragsverhandlungen und präsentierst Angebote vor Kunden und E.ON-Management
- Du treibst die Dekarbonisierung durch den Einsatz von Technologien wie KWK, Biomasse, Recycled Energy, Waste2Energy, Green Molecules, PV, Wärmepumpen, E-Boiler und Digitalisierung (IQ Energy) voran, und förderst dabei innovative Lösungen, die neue Maßstäbe setzen
- Du übernimmst alle Projektmanagementaufgaben in einem multidisziplinären, internationalen Team bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung
- Du identifizierst Potenziale zur Kundenakquise, pflegst langfristig erfolgreiche Beziehungen und übertriffst dabei kontinuierlich die Erwartungen unserer Kunden mit einer ganzheitlichen Sichtweise
Dein Profil
- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaft oder Energietechnik mit ausgeprägtem technischem Hintergrund; MBA wünschenswert
- Nachweisbare, langjährige Erfolge in der Geschäfts- oder Projektentwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich industrieller Energielösungen mit Fokus auf Dekarbonisierung
- Fähigkeit, technische, kommerzielle und rechtliche Aspekte von Projekten zu integrieren und Schnittstellen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern zu koordinieren
- Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Energiesystemen unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer und energiewirtschaftlicher Rahmenbedingungen
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, um als Teamplayer wachstumsorientiert zu arbeiten und effektive Beziehungen zu Kunden und Interessengruppen im internationalen Umfeld aufzubauen
- Unternehmerisches Denken mit der Bereitschaft, Initiative zu ergreifen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Lösungsansätze strukturiert umzusetzen, um messbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2); Kenntnisse weiterer Sprachen, insbesondere Italienisch oder Polnisch, von Vorteil
