Job description
Unser Team
Als Abteilung Campaign Intelligence & AI (CIA) gestalten wir den Vertrieb der Zukunft: ein digitales, datengetriebenes und personalisiertes Kundenmanagement. Wir verbinden Unternehmensstrategie mit einem tiefgreifenden Kundenverständnis, um wirkungsvolle Vertriebsstrategien zu entwickeln und unsere Kundenkontakte und Journeys intelligent zu designen. Für ein nahtloses Kundenerlebnis managen wir den gesamten Kampagnenprozess end‑to‑end – von der datengetriebenen Kampagnenplanung und Zielgruppenselektion über die Erarbeitung personalisierter Inhalte bis hin zur Erfolgsmessung und der Ableitung strategischer Learnings. Mit unserem AI@CCO Lab definieren wir hierbei das Operating Model für den Energievertrieb der Zukunft.
Dein Spielfeld
Operative Unterstützung
Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Kampagnen – insbesondere bei teil‑automatisierten Kampagnen (Next Best Actions)
Mitarbeit an Teilprojekten
Im Rahmen laufender Kampagnen sowie neuer Initiativen, v. a. in den Bereichen Activation, Loyalization und Retention
Pflege, Analyse und Auswertung
Unterstützung bei derPflege, Analyse und Auswertungkampagnenrelevanter Daten und KPIs sowie Begleitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
Kommunikations- & Entscheidungsvorlagen
Erstellung und Pflege von Präsentationen, Übersichten und Entscheidungsunterlagen (z. B. PowerPoint, Excel) und allgemeine Projekt‑ und Teamunterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Stakeholdermanagement
Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen (z. B. andere Teams, Stakeholder), inkl. Briefings und Sicherstellung des End‑to‑End‑Betriebs von der Kampagnenanlage bis zum Reporting
Bist du unser Playmaker?
Erfahrung
Eingeschriebener Student und idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Projektmanagement oder Kampagnenmanagement o.ä.
Verfügbarkeit
Unterstützung studienbegleitend von 20 Stunden (max., z.B. 2–3 Tage pro Woche); in den Semesterferien gerne auch mehr
Arbeitsweise
Eigenständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Toolkenntnisse
Sicher im Umgang mit MS‑Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
Arbeitsweise & Mindset
Du bist motiviert, arbeitest gerne im Team, überzeugst durch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gehst Aufgaben eigenständig und verantwortungsbewusst an. Zudem vernetzt du dich gerne und hast Freude daran, dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten – insbesondere im datengetriebenen Umfeld sowie rund um digitale Marketing- und Automatisierungsthemen
Sprachkenntnisse
Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- (C1) & sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) bringst du mit
