Deine Mission
Im Bereich GER Sales Steering gestaltest Du die Performance- und Vertriebssteuerung im Zusammenspiel zwischen der E.ON Energie Deutschland und den deutschen Regionalgesellschaften. Du verbindest Performance Management, datenbasierte Steuerung und übergreifende strategische und Transformationsprojekte, um die Zusammenarbeit im deutschen Vertriebsverbund weiterzuentwickeln und Synergien nachhaltig nutzbar zu machen. Dabei schaffst Du Transparenz über Chancen und Handlungsbedarfe und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung einer erfolgreichen Mehrmarkenstrategie.
Dein Spielfeld
Leitplanken und Ziele verankern
Zusammen mit Strategie und Performance Management definierst Du Leitplanken und Ziele für die Planung der GER-Sales Gesellschaften und stellst deren konsistente Übersetzung in die operative Steuerung sicher
Strategie operationalisieren
Du leitest aus der Strategie relevante Themen ab, priorisierst diese und verantwortest beziehungsweise steuerst deren Umsetzung
Performance Management weiterentwickeln
Gemeinsam mit den GER-Sales Gesellschaften entwickelst Du das Performance Management weiter, optimierst relevante Performance-KPIs, bereitest Performance-Formate strukturiert vor und leitest aus Abweichungsanalysen wirksame Maßnahmen ab
Datenbasierte Steuerung ausbauen
Daten, Analysen und digitale Tools nutzt Du, um Transparenz über Performance, Chancen und Handlungsbedarfe zu schaffen und konkrete Empfehlungen für die Steuerung des deutschen Vertriebsverbunds abzuleiten
Operative Verzahnung stärken
Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den GER-Sales Gesellschaften treibst Du aktiv voran, schaffst Synergien und unterstützt die Optimierung übergreifender Prozesse
Wachstums- und Effizienzprojekte steuern
Wachstums- und Effizienzprojekte im deutschen Vertriebsverbund setzt Du auf, steuerst deren Umsetzung und übernimmst das Monitoring zur Sicherstellung nachhaltiger Ergebnisse
Wissenstransfer fördern
Best Practices identifizierst Du systematisch, stärkst den Know-how-Transfer im deutschen Vertrieb und unterstützt deren Übertragung auf weitere Themenstellungen

Hochschulstudium und Energiewirtschaft
Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fachhochschul- oder Hochschulstudium bildet Deine fachliche Grundlage und wird durch umfassende Kenntnisse der Energiewirtschaft ergänzt
Vertriebserfahrung B2C und B2B/B2SME
5 bis 8 Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Vertrieb B2C und B2B/B2SME bringst Du mit und kannst diese in einem vertriebsnahen Steuerungsumfeld erfolgreich einsetzen
Steuerung von Vertriebseinheiten
Kenntnisse in der Steuerung von Vertriebseinheiten ergänzen Dein Profil idealerweise und unterstützen Dich in der Zusammenarbeit mit den GER-Sales Gesellschaften
Projektleitung und agile Methoden
In der Leitung von Projekten sowie in der Anwendung agiler Methoden verfügst Du über sichere Erfahrung und nutzt diese für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung neuer Lösungen
