Deine Mission
In der Abteilung Health, Safety & Sustainability verantwortest Du Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitssicherheit in den deutschen Vertriebsgesellschaften. Du entwickelst Sicherheitsstrategien und -standards weiter, berätst Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte und sorgst für die Umsetzung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben. Damit gestaltest Du ein zukunftsfähiges Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Sicherheit, Gesundheit und soziale Verantwortung im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Alle Prozesse und Aktivitäten rund um Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitssicherheit in den deutschen Vertriebsgesellschaften liegen in Deiner Verantwortung
Sicherheitsstrategien und Standards weiterentwickeln
Mit unternehmerischem Verständnis gestaltest Du Sicherheitsstrategien, erkennst relevante Trends frühzeitig, übersetzt sie in wirkungsvolle Maßnahmen und optimierst bestehende Sicherheitsstandards kontinuierlich
Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte beraten
Mit Deiner Expertise unterstützt und berätst Du Führungskräfte sowie die Geschäftsführung in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit
Gesetze, Normen und Vorschriften umsetzen
Die Einhaltung und Umsetzung aller arbeitssicherheitsrelevanten Gesetze, Normen und Vorschriften stellst Du sicher und priorisierst dabei Gesundheit und Sicherheit
Arbeitsumgebung durch Projekte optimieren
Projekte zur Beurteilung und Optimierung der Arbeitsumgebung initiierst und leitest Du eigenständig
Sicherheitskultur und HSE-Maßnahmen gestalten
Am Aufbau einer starken Sicherheitskultur wirkst Du aktiv mit, setzt innovative HSE-Maßnahmen um und integrierst relevante Branchenentwicklungen nach ihrer Bewertung in die Praxis

Studium im Sicherheitsingenieurwesen
Ein hervorragend abgeschlossenes Studium im Sicherheitsingenieurwesen bildet die fachliche Grundlage für Deine Expertise
Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitssicherheit
Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitssicherheit ermöglichen Dir, die relevanten Prozesse und Aktivitäten fachlich sicher zu verantworten
Arbeitsschutzgesetzgebung und Normen
Fundierte Kenntnisse der Arbeitsschutzgesetzgebung und der relevanten Normen bringst Du mit und wendest diese aktiv an
Projektleitung
Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten unterstützt Dich dabei, Lösungen zur Beurteilung und Optimierung der Arbeitsumgebung voranzutreiben
Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
Eine Zusatzqualifikation zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit ist erforderlich
Anleitung von Sicherheitsfachkräften
Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Sicherheitsfachkräften ist ein Plus
