Job description

Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Beratung der E.ON One und ihrer Beteiligungsunternehmen bei rechtlichen, strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen des Datenschutzes und in Compliance-relevanten Themen
  • Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen mit Datenschutz- und Datenmanagement-Bezug, inkl. Auftragsverarbeitungsverträgen und Vereinbarungen zur Datenweitergabe, z.B. nach dem Datengesetz
  • Mitarbeit in der konzernweiten Datenschutz- und Compliance-Organisation
  • Identifikation, Dokumentation und Bewertung von Risiken im Bereich Datenschutz und Compliance, inkl. KI- und Datenrisiken
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte zu Datenschutz und Compliance relevanten Themen

Qualifizierungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (erstes und zweites Staatsexamen) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte, in der Praxis bewährte, Kenntnisse im Datenschutzrecht sowie IT-technisches Verständnis
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Compliance sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Fähigkeit und Ambition, komplexe Datenschutz- und Compliance-Anforderungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld lösungsorientiert umzusetzen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Erfahrung in der Schulung von Mitarbeitenden und Präsentation von Arbeitsergebnissen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen, konzernweiten Netzwerk
