Unser Team
Unser Team verantwortet die technische Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Produkte und Services entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette. Der Fokus liegt auf der Verbindung von Business-Anforderungen und stabilen, skalierbaren Systemarchitekturen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Business-Stakeholdern und Plattformteams entstehen Lösungen, die technische Exzellenz mit echter Wirkung für das Geschäft verbinden. Wissen wird aktiv geteilt, um gemeinsam nachhaltige Ergebnisse zu erzielen und Innovationen voranzutreiben.

In Deiner Rolle führst Du Entwickler fachlich, unterstützt ihre Weiterentwicklung und teilst aktiv Dein Wissen über Teamgrenzen hinweg, um gemeinsam leistungsstarke Lösungen zu gestalten
Delivery Ownership & Verantwortung übernehmen
Die End‑to‑End Verantwortung für die technische Umsetzung liegt bei Dir, wobei Qualität, Termine, Risiken und Scope jederzeit transparent gesteuert und proaktiv adressiert werden
Lösungsarchitekturen gestalten & Innovation vorantreiben
Tragfähige System- und Schnittstellenarchitekturen werden von Dir entworfen und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt, während innovative Technologien gezielt eingesetzt werden, um nachhaltige Wettbewerbsvorteile zu schaffen
Anforderungen strukturieren & in Lösungen übersetzen
Epics werden von Dir in umsetzbare User Stories überführt, Akzeptanzkriterien klar definiert und technische Lösungen durch ein tiefes Verständnis der Geschäftslogik entwickelt
Roadmap steuern & Transparenz schaffen
Abhängigkeiten, Fortschritte und Risiken behältst Du im Blick und stellst sicher, dass fundierte Entscheidungen auf Basis belastbarer Einschätzungen getroffen werden

Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im technischen Umfeld
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bildet Dein fachliches Fundament
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung und Architektur
Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und im Design komplexer Systemlandschaften ermöglicht Dir, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und technische Entscheidungen sicher zu treffen
Starke Expertise in Python und Backend-Entwicklung
