Job description

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du sicherst die technisch, rechtssichere und wirtschaftliche Betriebsführung der Anlage und gewährleistest den kontinuierlichen Betrieb im 24/7-Wechselschichtdienst unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben
  • Du bedienst und überwachst die Anlage, führst regelmäßige Anlagenrundgänge durch und erfasst sowie dokumentierst alle relevanten Betriebsparameter und Betriebsdaten im Schichtbuch
  • Du stellst die Qualität von Brennstoffen und Entsorgungsprodukten sowie die Qualität der Wasseranalytik und der chemischen Parameter im Wasser-Dampf-Kreislauf sicher
  • Du erkennst Störungen frühzeitig, führst Fehleranalysen durch, leitest Maßnahmen zur Störungsbeseitigung bei elektrischen und mechanischen Anlagen ein und dokumentierst diese ordnungsgemäß
  • Du weist Fremd- und Partnerfirmen ein, koordinierst und überwachst deren Arbeiten bis zur fachgerechten Abnahme und stellst die Einhaltung der betrieblichen Vorgaben sicher
  • Du übernimmst die Annahme und Einlagerung von Anlieferungen sowie technisch anspruchsvolle Aufgaben und führst im Rahmen deines Tätigkeitsbereichs Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch bzw. unterstützt das Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsteam
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung der Grundsätze der Arbeitssicherheit sicher und gewährleistest eine lückenlose schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation sowie Schichtübergabe an interne und externe Partner

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung, bevorzugt als Elektriker, alternativ als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Kältetechniker, Verfahrensmechaniker oder Produktionsfachkraft bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation im industriellen Bereich; vorzugsweise Erfahrung als Anlagenfahrer oder in der Verfahrenstechnik
  • Zusatzausbildung zum Kraftwerker oder Kesselwärter wünschenswert; alternativ Bereitschaft zum Erwerb der entsprechenden Qualifikationen
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Industrie, idealerweise in der Fernwärmeversorgung oder Kraftwerkstechnik; Erfahrungen im Betrieb von Wirbelschichtanlagen und Kälteanlagen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse bzw. Bereitschaft zum Erwerb von Schaltberechtigungen für 690/400 V und 10 kV sowie der Qualifikation zum Ersthelfer
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen und MS Office; Kenntnisse in Siemens S7, PCS7 und Acron wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1), Grundkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise; offene und konstruktive Feedbackkultur, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtvertretung im Urlaubs- oder Krankheitsfall; Wohnort im unmittelbaren Einzugsgebiet der zugeordneten Anlage in der Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar
