International HR Project Manager (m/f/d)

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage international HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards. Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within EIS including HR business partners, regional HR teams and senior leadership to drive successful project outcomes. Foster strong working relationships and facilitate effective communication channels across different functional areas of EIS and different regions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support organizational objectives and promote consistency across international operations. Provide expertise and guidance on HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Ensuring support to international units in the effective adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to assess project effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of HR initiatives on key performance metrics. Prepare and present regular progress reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Engage in strategic tasks aimed at achieving growth objectives and supporting business expansion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in HR
  • Proven track record in project coordination and PMO skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and their application in a multinational context.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both German and English, fluency in both languages is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle strategic responsibilities and contribute to organizational growth objectives.
