Organisation and assurance of comprehensive fulfilment of all legal duties regarding Corporate, Finance and Capital Markets Law:
Independent legal advice to management board, supervisory board and senior management
Corporate governance, group steering, co-determination law of E.ON SE and business units, E.ON SE annual shareholders meeting & board remuneration
Joint ventures
Corporate housekeeping
External and internal group financing, pension structures and investments
Capital markets and insider law compliance, accounting and financial disclosures, public M&A defense
Legal design, implementation and monitoring of legal group-setup and governance principles
Legal design and execution of major legal restructurings group-wide
Take over managing director positions in main group holding companies, including responsibility for head office participations
Develop and continuously improve a highly competent team of legal experts
A convincing background
A legal degree (two german state examina), detailed knowledge and proven expertise of relevant legal matters
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 4-5 years in leadership roles
Proven international and (project) management experience in more than one management unit or functional department
Management and leadership skills: change driven attitude, open minded, strong negotiation and decision-making competencies, project management expertise, people development focus, performance driven
Strong intercultural skills and understanding of different business units and corporate cultures
High resilience and independent judgement abilities
Fluent German and English language skills
