Our regional teams in Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands are responsible for developing these offers. Your mission: connect the development activities with the flexibility potentials in various markets – from the development of customer offers to the build-up of the flexibility platform and respective energy market functions to trading processes. And through this support these teams to move faster, build better solutions and stay ahead of the market.

We’re looking for someone who is fluent in energy trading, product development, and technology – and who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, rethink processes, and bring market-ready solutions to life at high speed.

Your role

  • Be the enabler for our regional teams – helping them turn flexibility into scalable, customer-focused energy solutions.
  • Bring trading & portfolio expertise into product development – not as a theoretical add-on, but fully integrated from day one.
  • Support the development of flexibility platforms, ensuring they seamlessly connect with markets and customer offerings.
  • Prioritize based on impact – where’s the biggest value? What needs to be built first? You bring structure to complexity.
  • Drive speed through agile methods & processes – Lean Startup, rapid iteration, market testing. No endless concept papers – prototyping, testing, improving.
  • Bridge the gap between tech, trading & business – you speak all their languages and make connections where others see silos.

Who we’re looking for

  • Deep expertise in energy trading, portfolio management & flexibility markets – you know how value is created and maximized.
  • Experience developing energy products – Energy-as-a-Service, Demand-Side-Management, Virtual Power Plants, or similar.
  • Ability to connect market mechanisms with technology & customer propositions – you see the big picture.
  • Proven experience working with decentralized, international teams – you’re a strong enabler, not a central decision-maker.
  • Hands-on, data-driven mindset – you thrive on tackling complex market challenges and turning them into concrete solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial drive – you don’t just adapt to change, you create it.
  • Strong communicator & influencer – you know how to align teams across different disciplines and markets.
