Job description
Deine Aufgaben
Identifikation und Sicherung geeigneter En-Route-Standorte in der Region Nord oder Süd gemäß des EDRI Site Qualification Prozesses
Aktive Ansprache sowie Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Grundstückseigentümer:innen, Kommunen und weiteren Standortpartnern
Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der regionalen Standortpipeline im CRM-System (Sitetracker)
Akquise und Sicherung neuer Standorte für En-Route-Ladestationen
Verhandlung von Miet-, Pacht- und Partnerschaftsverträgen mit Grundstückseigentümer:innen, Kommunen und Unternehmen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Strategie-, Technik-, Legal- und Deployment-Teams, um Standorte erfolgreich bis zur Umsetzung zu begleiten
Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und aktuellen Pflege von Standort- und Vertragsdaten im CRM-System (Sitetracker)
Monitoring und Reporting des regionalen Pipeline-Status sowie relevanter KPIs und Fortschritte im Hinblick auf die strategischen Ziele
Analyse regionaler Markt- und Standortentwicklungen sowie Ableitung relevanter Erkenntnisse für die nationale En-Route-Strategie
Dein Profil
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) im Bereich Standortakquise, Immobilienmanagement oder Partnermanagement, idealerweise in den Branchen Ladeinfrastruktur, Energie oder Infrastruktur
Bestehendes Netzwerk zu potenziellen Vertragspartnern und/oder Maklerunternehmen von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
Gute Marktkenntnisse der Region Nord oder Süd
Hohe Reisebereitschaft für Standortbesichtigungen und Termine vor Ort
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie ein sicheres Stakeholder-Management
Selbstständige, proaktive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität in einem dynamischen, schnell wachsenden Unternehmensumfeld
