Job description
Unser Team
Als Abteilung Campaign Intelligence & AI (CIA) sind wir die Schaltzentrale des Customer Base Managements in der EDG. Wir stellen sicher, dass unsere Kund:innen zum richtigen Zeitpunkt die richtigen Ansprachen und Angebote erhalten, sei es ein neues Angebot, eine Einbindung in unsere Flex Welt oder eine Retention Maßnahme. Dafür gestalten und begleiten wir den gesamten Kampagnenprozess, von der Erstellung der Inhalte durch die Kampagnenmanager, über die Analyse und Selektion von Kund:innen, bis hin zur Evaluation von Vertriebserfolg und Learnings. Im Zusammenspiel aus Datenstrategie, CRM Analyse, Entwicklung von KI-Use Cases und einer übergreifenden Kampagnenstrategie treiben wir die Automatisierung voran und unterstützen ganzheitlich die Activation & Retention Vertriebsstrategie für ein exzellentes Kundenerlebnis.
Dein Spielfeld
End‑to‑End Kampagnenverantwortung
Du entwickelst fachlich, datenseitig und technisch ein- und mehrstufige CRM‑ und Online‑Kampagnen, planst A/B‑Tests und definierst Test‑ und Kontrollgruppen. Von Segmentierung und Potenzialanalyse über Selektion und Ausspielung in die Kanäle Brief, E-Mail, SMS und Push-Notification bis hin zur Erfolgsmessung und Reporting liegt der gesamte Prozess bei dir – mit Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake und COMET/Datacloud.
Prozessoptimierung & Automatisierung
Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und erarbeitest Konzepte für einen State-of-the-Art Kampagnenprozess, der möglichst personalisiert und automatisiert abläuft. Dafür treibst du eigene (Teil-)Projekte unter Einbindung und in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern (z.B. VDWH, CDP, CX) voran.
Konzeption und Beratung
Du definierst gemeinsam mit Kampagnenmanager:innen zielgruppengenaue Ansprachen, analysierst verfügbare Daten im Detail, erkennst Anpassungsbedarfe und Chancen und machst proaktiv Vorschläge zur Optimierung. In agilen Projekten arbeitest du an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Tools und Prozesse mit (z.B. COMET).
Bist du unser Playmaker?
Dein Studium/Ausbildung
Mit einem Bachelor oder Master in BWL, (Wirtschafts-)informatik, Sozialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung legst du das Fundament für deinen Erfolg.
Big Data & Tool‑Stack
Große Datenmengen und datengetriebenes Dialogmarketing sind dein Spielfeld. Du bringst sehr gute SQL‑Skills mit und hast bereits in Data‑Warehouse‑Umgebungen gearbeitet (inkl. Salesforce Marketing Cloud und Snowflake). Kenntnisse in Python, PowerBI, JavaScript, Azure, HTML und CSS sind von Vorteil.
Analytik mit Wirkung
Komplexe Fragestellungen (z.B. Prozessoptimierungen) gehst du mit ausgeprägter Analysestärke, kundenzentriertem Denken und schneller Auffassungsgabe an. Experimente, A/B‑Tests und Automatisierung setzt du gezielt ein, um Geschwindigkeit und Qualität zu erhöhen.
KI und Automatisierung
Du hast Erfahrung in der Anwendung von KI-Technologien wie Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics und Large Language Models, sowie Workflow Automation (n8n o.ä.) und kannst damit innovative Produkte und Prozesse bauen.
Agiles Arbeiten
In cross‑funktionalen Projekten setzt du dein agiles Mindset gezielt ein und gestaltest Veränderungen proaktiv mit. Du denkst Prozesse und Themen end‑to‑end mit, übersetzt Ziele in greifbare Ergebnisse und misst deren Erfolg anhand von Daten.
Kommunikation & Sprache
Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht und klar verständlich kommunizieren. Mit sehr gutem Deutsch (ca. B2+) und gutem Englisch (ca. B1–B2) stimmst du dich klar und effektiv mit Stakeholdern ab.
