Die E.ON Bioerdgas GmbH erzeugt und vertreibt Biomethan im deutschen Markt. Mit 22 Mitarbeitern, eigenen Erzeugungsanlagen sowie langfristigen Bezugsverträgen bewirtschaftet sie eines der größten Biomethanportfolien im deutschen Markt. Biomethan wird aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen sowie Abfallstoffen produziert und gilt als erneuerbare Energie. Die Gesellschaft bezieht und vertreibt Biomethan für Konzerngesellschaften wie aber auch externe Kunden aus Industrie und Versorgungswirtschaft.

Job description

Aufgaben:

  • Un­ter­stüt­zung der Geschäftsführung und des Teams im Ta­ges­ge­schäft
  • Selbst­stän­di­ge Or­ga­ni­sa­tion des Ge­schäfts­füh­rungs­se­kre­tar­i­ats: Durch­füh­rung und Ko­or­di­na­ti­on or­ga­ni­sa­to­ri­scher und ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­ver Ab­läu­fe ein­schließ­lich der Vor- und Nach­be­rei­tung von Dienst­rei­sen, Be­ar­bei­tung der ein- und aus­ge­hen­den Post so­wie übriger Kommunikationskanäle.
  • Pla­nung und Ko­or­di­na­ti­on von Ter­mi­nen so­wie Vor- und Nach­be­rei­tung von Sit­zun­gen und Ver­an­stal­tun­gen
  • Be­stell­ab­wick­lung im SAP-Sys­tem für die Ge­sell­schaft, speziell im Zusammenhang mit dem Anlagenbetrieb von Bio­erdgas­an­la­gen in Deutschland (BANF-Prozesse)
  • Un­ter­stüt­zung des Port­fo­lio­ma­na­ge­ments und kfm. Be­reichs nach Ab­spra­che
  • Über­nah­me von sach­be­ar­bei­ten­den, z.T. auch pro­jekt­ori­en­tier­ten, Auf­ga­ben
  • Ge­währ­leis­tung eines rei­bungs­lo­sen Ab­laufs bei der IT-Pla­nung/ IT-Or­ga­ni­sa­tion durch Be­glei­tung al­ler diesbezüglichen The­men, die durch Soft­ware oder kon­zern­be­ding­te Um­stel­lun­gen er­for­der­lich sind so­wie Be­treu­ung der Schnitt­stel­len zu IT- Dienst­leis­tern. Struk­tu­rie­rung und Be­rech­ti­gungs­ma­na­ge­ment für die ver­schie­de­nen Sharepoints der Ge­sell­schaft (Füh­rung und Wei­ter­ent­wick­lung der Ab­la­ge­sys­te­ma­tik)
  • Ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­ve Un­ter­stüt­zung bei DSGVO-Prozessen nach Ab­spra­che mit den ver­ant­wort­li­chen Be­rei­chen

Profil

  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung als Personal Assistant bzw. Teamassistenz
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Pakets (insbesondere Outlook, Excel, Word,PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch, gute Englisch Kenntnisse sind ein Vorteil
  • Sehr starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Bereitschaft, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig erfolgreich zu bewältigen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation in einer international tätigen und funktional gesteuerten Matrixorganisation
  • Proaktives, positives Mindset und pragmatische Herangehensweise
