Job description
meaningful & challenging - Your tasks
- You support the senior vice president digital customer solutions and partnering with E.ON-wide stakeholder management including C-level
- You will be involved in the quarterly and annual HR- and budget processes for the central team and all E.ON regions (10 in total)
- You coordinate the unit’s project portfolio and related budget and reporting activities
- You manage the meetings cascade and keep track of project timelines
- You support within all phases of a strategic global platform transformation project including all regions
- You prepare presentations, reports and decision templates for various committees o. a. Management Board and Supervisory Board
- You support with identifying and prioritizing the backlog of digital solutions available throughout E.ON and coordinate the preparation for scaling opportunities in various regions

- You have a proven ability to effectively network with stakeholders, customers, colleagues and suppliers
What we are expecting:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, applied or computer sciences, electrical engineering or equivalent studies
- Several years of working experience in an IT or tech environment or in consulting
- Broad understanding of project management principles and interest in digitalization projects
- Knowledge in digital transformation, data, IT architecture and energy grid infrastructure
- Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office 365° suite
