Unser Team
Die Abteilung RASD unterstützt Activation & Retention bei der Planung, Bewertung und Umsetzung von IT-Initiativen im Vertrieb. Wir entwickeln und befähigen Product Owner, Product Manager und Business Analysten und sorgen für die notwendige Transparenz, Vernetzung und Abstimmung zwischen Business und IT.

End-to-End Prozessgestaltung
Die kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich. Dabei identifizierst und realisierst du gezielt Effizienz-, Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenziale
Anforderungsmanagement & Business Analyse
Fachliche Anforderungen werden strukturiert erhoben, priorisiert und in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten Stakeholdern weiterentwickelt. Komplexe Business-Bedarfe übersetzt du in klare und umsetzbare Anforderungen für IT- und Entwicklungsteams
Lösungskonzeption & Produktentwicklung
Durch die Entwicklung innovativer fachlicher Lösungsansätze gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen aktiv mit. Fachkonzepte, Programm-Epics und SAFe-Features werden von dir erstellt und entscheidungsreif ausgearbeitet
Stakeholder-Management
Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Fachbereichen, IT, Architektur und Management wird von dir koordiniert und vorangetrieben. Dabei schaffst du Transparenz, moderierst unterschiedliche Interessen und stellst eine gemeinsame Zielausrichtung sicher
Umsetzungssteuerung & Qualitätssicherung
Von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live begleitest du die Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen ganzheitlich. Testaktivitäten, Abnahmen und die Sicherstellung der fachlichen Qualität gehören dabei zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich
Change & Enablement
Eine nachhaltige Einführung neuer Prozesse und Systeme unterstützt du durch gezielte Dokumentation, Wissenstransfer und Change-Management-Maßnahmen. So förderst du die Akzeptanz von Veränderungen und ermöglichst eine erfolgreiche Nutzung neuer Lösungen

Fundierte akademische Qualifikation
Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung bildet die Grundlage für die Übernahme komplexer fachlicher und technischer Fragestellungen
Technisches und prozessuales Verständnis
Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT-Systeme, Schnittstellen und Prozesslandschaften (Jira und Confluence). Idealerweise kennst du die Zusammenhänge zwischen Geschäftsprozessen und den technischen Lösungen, die Akquise- und Kundenbindungsprozesse unterstützen
Agile Arbeitsweise
Der Umgang mit agilen Methoden und Frameworks wie Scrum, SAFe oder Kanban ist dir vertraut. Du bewegst dich sicher in agilen Organisationsstrukturen und bringst Anforderungen effizient bis zur Umsetzung
Demand- und Priorisierungsmanagement
Komplexe Anforderungen kannst du strukturiert bewerten, priorisieren und in eine klare Umsetzungsreihenfolge überführen. Dabei behältst du sowohl fachliche Zielsetzungen als auch technische Abhängigkeiten im Blick
Backlog-Steuerung
Erfahrung in der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Backlogs ermöglicht es dir, Anforderungen transparent zu strukturieren und die Umsetzung gemeinsam mit relevanten Stakeholdern zielgerichtet zu steuern
Schnittstellenkompetenz
