Job description
Das erwartet dich in der Ausbildung
Die Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen für unsere Hotelgäste
Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendbuffets sowie Imbisse und Verpflegung zu den Kaffeepausen
Grillabende auf unserer Terrasse sowie in unserer Grillkota
Der fachgerechte Umgang mit Lebensmitteln, vor allem auch mit unseren regionalen und nachhaltigen Produkten
Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
Ausführliche Warenkunde, auch im Bereich der vegetarischen und veganen Speisen
Erstellung von abwechslungsreichen Speiseplänen und Kalkulation der Speisen
Das bringst du mit
Einen erfolgreichen Schulabschluss
Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Mathematik
Eine neugierige Art, welche dich dazu bewegt, immer Neues kennenlernen zu wollen
Großes Interesse, tolle Speisen aus guten Produkten zu zubereiten
Teamfähigkeit und offener Umgang mit unseren Gästen

Tarifliche Ausbildungsvergütung nach DEHOGA NRW
Die Arbeitszeit beträgt 39 Stunden pro Woche
30 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr
Unser Hauptgeschäft findet von Montag bis Freitag statt
Weihnachten und Silvester ist unser Hotel geschlossen
Die zuständige Berufsschule ist die Julius-Wegeler-Schule in Koblenz
