Während deiner Ausbildung erhältst du von Beginn an vielfältige Einblicke in spannende Projekte rund um Themen moderner und digitaler Arbeitswelten. Gemeinsam mit dir möchten wir die digitale Transformation des E.ON Konzerns gestalten und freuen uns darauf, wenn du deine Ideen bei uns einbringst.

Deine dreijährige Ausbildung startet ab dem 01. August 2025 an den Standorten Hannover, Würzburg oder Essen und wechselt zwischen Theoriephasen an der Berufsschule und den Praxisphasen bei uns ab.

Während deiner Ausbildung:

  • Umfassender Einblick: Du lernst die gesamte E.ON Digital Technology kennen und kannst dich dort produktiv in verschiedene IT-Themenfelder einbringen

  • Praktische Erfahrung: Du wirst von Anfang an in den Arbeitsalltag unserer Abteilungen eingebunden, nimmst an Dienstreisen teil und sammelst umfassende praktische Erfahrungen

  • Projektarbeit: Du lernst, wie spannende digitale Projekte im Umfeld der Energiebranche umgesetzt werden

  • Mitbestimmung: Du hast die Möglichkeit, mitzuentscheiden, in welche Projekte du dich einbringen möchtest

  • Internationales Arbeiten: Du arbeitest bei uns in internationalen Teams und lernst Mitarbeitende verschiedener Standorte und Länder kennen

  • Karriereaussichten: Nach deinem erfolgreichen Abschluss bist du bestens auf eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle bei uns vorbereitet

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Bildungsabschluss: Einen sehr guten (erweiterten) Realschulabschluss oder (Fach)Abitur

  • IT-Begeisterung: Du siehst deine Zukunft im Bereich IT und hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Programmieren gesammelt, sei es in der Schule oder in deiner Freizeit, idealerweise mit kleinen eigenen IT-Projekten

  • Offenheit: Du bringst deine Ideen gerne ein und teilst aktiv neue Perspektiven und Ansätze

  • Selbstständigkeit: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und organisierst deine Aufgaben zielorientiert

  • Teamfähigkeit: Du arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen und trägst aktiv zu einem positiven Teamklima bei

  • Lernbereitschaft: Du hast eine überdurchschnittliche Lernbereitschaft und hohe Eigeninitiative
