Job description

 

Suntem în căutare de persoane organizate, atente la detalii și dornice să contribuie la procesele administrative și operaționale din domeniul energiei.

Rolul face parte din activitatea de backoffice in cadrul E.ON Dialog Sibiu și presupune gestionarea diverselor informații și solicitări legate de consumul și furnizarea energiei pentru clientii din Germania.

Esti potrivit pentru acest rol daca:

  • stapanesti limba germana la nivel minim B1
  • ai experienta in utilizarea calculatorului (SAP, CRM sau alte aplicatii similare reprezinta un avantaj)
  • te simti in largul tau lucrand cu calcule si interpretand date
  • esti dornic sa inveti constant

Ce vei face concret:

  • Prelucrarea si actualizarea datelor legate de consumul de energie
  • Verificarea corectitudinii informatiilor si, acolo unde este necesar, corectarea acestora
  • Sustinearea proceselor administrative, precum solicitari de schimbare furnizor, clarificari sau actualizari de date
  • Utilizarea aplicatiilor si platformelor interne pentru procesarea cererilor si mentinerea fluxurilor de lucru
