Als Activation Marketing Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Marketing-Kampagnen.
Du verantwortest kanalübergreifende Marketingaktivierungen für unsere Produkte und Services - von klassischen Energiethemen bis hin zu nachhaltigen Zukunftslösungen.
Dabei kombinierst du strategisches Denken, kreative Exzellenz und datengetriebene Steuerung, um Neukunden zu gewinnen und bestehende Kundinnen und Kunden nachhaltig zu binden.
Die Position ist zunächst auf 24 Monate befristet, mit dem klaren Ziel einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit, und kann in Voll- oder Teilzeit besetzt werden.

Du sorgst dafür, dass Energie wirkt – sicher und verlässlich.
- Entwicklung von kanalübergreifenden Marketing-Kampagnen zur Positionierung neuer Produkte und Services mit dem Ziel der Neukundenakquise sowie der Loyalisierung von Bestandskunden.
- Konzeption und Erstellung kreativer Marketingmaterialien unter Berücksichtigung von Brand- und Corporate-Design-Richtlinien.
- Planung von kanalübergreifenden Kampagnen in Abstimmung mit Media und Vertrieb.
- Analyse der Performance und Optimierung der weiteren Aussteuerung von Kampagnen.
- Entwicklung neuer Vermarktungsideen für unser Produktportfolio in Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Teams und Agenturen.
- Agieren als Ansprechsperson für den Vertrieb, das Produktmanagement, Business Intelligence und die Marketing-KollegInnen.
Bringe deine Stärken ein – Erfahrung & Persönlichkeit.
- Abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium in Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing mit fundierten Kenntnissen des gesamten Marketing-Mix sowie der Entwicklung innovativer Marketingansätze „from scratch“.
- Gutes Verständnis von Marketing- und Business-KPIs, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Verständnis für datengetriebenes Marketing.
- Kreative, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starker Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie hoher Team- und Durchsetzungsstärke.
- Kenntnisse agiler Arbeitsmethoden sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.
