Job description
Unser Team
Unser „Commercial Steering“ Team gehört zum Finance Ressort der E.ON Energie Deutschland. Unser Ziel? Die Stärkung der kaufmännischen Steuerung des Integrated Propositions Geschäfts, das innovative PV- und Wärmeanlagen, Energie-Management Systeme und Flexible Stromtarife bei unseren Kunden realisiert sowie zusätzliche neue Produkte für die Energiewende im Blick behält. Unser Fokus liegt dabei auf Finanz-Projektbetreuungen und übergreifenden finanziellen Steuerungsaufgaben zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsentwicklung von Integrated Propositions.
Dein Spielfeld
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung als echter Finance Business Partner und gestaltest die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung des gesamten Geschäftsfeldes Flex Vermarktung und Flexible Stromtarife aktiv mit.
Kommerzielle Geschäftsbegleitung
Als Sparringspartner bildest du die Schnittstelle zu den Fachbereichen und unterstützt dabei, Transparenz zu schaffen und die richtigen finanziellen Impulse zur Steuerung zu setzen. Hierbei übernimmst du Verantwortung in der kaufmännischen Bewertung von Initiativen und Projekten und integrierst den finanziellen Blick systematisch in die operative Entscheidungslogik.
Performance Management
Du führst eigenständig Plan/IST-Abweichungen und Kostenanalysen im Rahmen der Reportingprozesse durch und schaffst eine fundierte Basis für monatliche Performance‑Diskussionen und Entscheidungen im Leiterkreis. Du monitorst eigenverantwortlich die Budgeteinhaltung, erkennst Chancen und Risiken frühzeitig und leitest passende Maßnahmen und Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
Planungen und Hochrechnung
Mit unternehmerischer Perspektive übernimmst du die Erstellung von Mittelfristplanungen und Hochrechnungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen. Hierfür erstellst du Business Cases, entwickelst Szenarien und eignest dir in diesem Zuge ein tiefes Verständnis der Geschäftsmodelle, Produktprofitabilitäten und der Kundennachfrage an.

Akademischer Hintergrund & Erfahrung
Ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium bildet die Basis deines Profils. Ergänzend bringst du Berufserfahrung aus vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeldern mit und hast dadurch einen sicheren Umgang mit kaufmännischen Fragestellungen entwickelt.
Finanzielle Expertise
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzumfeld – insbesondere im Controlling, Reporting und / oder Kostenrechnung – ermöglicht dir den strukturierten Umgang mit Zahlen und Prozessen. Praxiserfahrungen im energiewirtschaftlichen Umfeld sind von Vorteil.
Analytisches Denken & Ergebnisorientierung
Die Auswertung finanzieller und operativer Kennzahlen gehört zu deinen Stärken. Du reduzierst Komplexität auf das Wesentliche und leitest daraus klare, umsetzbare Maßnahmen ab. Präzises, strukturiertes Arbeiten unterstützt dich dabei.
Eigenständigkeit & Gestaltungswille
Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, entwickelst pragmatische und innovative Lösungen und setzt Themen konsequent um. Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Initiative prägen deine Vorgehensweise.

System- und Toolkompetenz
Du verfügst über sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den Modulen CO und FI, und bewegst dich sicher in komplexen Systemlandschaften. Der professionelle Umgang mit MS Office – vor allem Excel und PowerPoint – ist für dich selbstverständlich; idealerweise bringst du zudem Erfahrung mit Power BI oder vergleichbaren Visualisierungstools mit.
Kommunikation, Stakeholdermanagement & Sprachkompetenz
Mit klarer Kommunikation, Empathie und einem professionellen Umgang schaffst du es, tragfähige Beziehungen zu unterschiedlichen Interessengruppen aufzubauen. Du steuerst Abstimmungen sicher, sorgst für Transparenz im Austausch und bringst die Fähigkeit mit, unterschiedliche Perspektiven konstruktiv zu hinterfragen und deine Position auch in anspruchsvollen Diskussionen überzeugend zu vertreten. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse unterstützen dich dabei, komplexe Inhalte adressatengerecht zu vermitteln.
