Our Capacity and Capability Management Team within E.ON Digital Technology GmbH in Essen is looking for a Working student digital upskilling (d/f/m) - Digital Culture and Activation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Further creation and conception of development journeys (e.g. in the area of Cloud, SAP S/4 Hana, Data, etc.) in close cooperation with the respective departments
  • Design of digital content within the framework of E.ON’s corporate design
  • Platform support esp. the social intranet Connect (hosted by COYO)
  • Support the development of a DT wide Resource Capacity Management solution, by engaging with various stakeholders within DT and establishing long-term collaborations
  • Support the execution of a yearly DT Skill Survey, encompassing multiple countries in the E.ON group
  • Support in measuring the success of our learning platform as well as individual products (performance tracking)

 

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled student in the field of Business, Psychology, IT/Digital or related courses of study
  • Professional experience using MS Office products (esp. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Affinity with digital development in general as well as topics related to digitalization and IT 
  • Preferably, ability to work with digital graphic software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop)
  • Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment
  • Solution and customer-oriented thinking as well as strong analytical skills
  • Provide creative impulses to make learning more attractive for the respective target group
  • Business fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
