Working Student Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d)
Your tasks
You are responsible for the working student recruiting and the related recruiting lifecycle (Line Manager briefing calls, job advertisements, screening of applications, appointment coordination, telephone interviews, candidate selection, preparation of works council hearings, contract management and maintenance of recruiting report KPIs)
You organize and represent E.ON at selected campus/ recruiting events as well as diversity and tech fairs
We also count on your support on widen our relationships with universities, business schools and research institutes
You encourage and promote new social media initiatives to strengthen our employer brand
Additionally, you get the opportunity to work independently on recruiting and employer branding projects
Your profile
You are an enrolled student in the field of economics, business psychology or related studies with a focus on HR
You have initial experience in operational recruiting and employer branding
You are confident in using the typical MS-Office applications
Ideally, you are charaterized by an independent, structured and proactive way of working, combined with a high degree of reliability
You are energetic and have great listening and communication capabilities
Moreover,you are business fluent in english and german (written and spoken)
