We are looking for a Working Student to join our Operations team within the E.ON Drive Infrastructure GmbH in Essen as soon as possible.

 

Your tasks

  • Create performance reports of our charging networking and continuously improve reporting standards
  • Monitor our charging network and take action for issue resolution
  • Support in performing root cause analysis of faults, categorize them and develop “next best action” plans
  • Steer and track stakeholders in the repair process of chargers
  • Monitor social media for customer feedback and support resolution if needed
  • Support us in improving POI data quality
  • Optimize the way how our chargers are displayed in EMP Apps, Google, … and perform a continuous monitoring

 

Your profile

  • Enrolled as a student (preferably business, engineering, IT or natural sciences), with an interest in the energy industry
  • Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment
  • Hands-on mentality, pick up what needs to be done to complete your (sub-) project
  • Business fluent in German, English is a good addition
  • Beneficial skills: Excel, Power-BI, VBA / Python / SQL
