The department Business Resilience creates operational resilience for E.ON and protects the company and its employees. In addition, Business Resilience plays a key role in the transfer of security expertise and best practices within the Group.

A task that inspires you


  • You will be responsible for advising on, coordinating and carrying out security tasks to protect events and the E.ON SE Board of Management/Supervisory Board

  • You will be responsible for the management and further development of the 24/7 Security Response Center as a service within the Group, including the associated billing model

  • You will be responsible for coordinating all external security services at E.ON SE locations or when they are put out to tender, taking into account technical, qualitative and economic aspects

  • You handle security-relevant incidents at E.ON SE sites or other Group companies, as part of a team or independently

  • You continuously analyze security risks and derive appropriate protective measures in security concepts

  • You will be responsible for and support cross-functional projects within the department, including the security situation report, and give advice other Group units in your area of responsibility

  • You maintain a network to local security authorities and other companies in your area of responsibility

  • You collaborate with other stakeholders and experts within the department and take on emergency- and crisis management tasks as required, as part of the Business Resilience crisis support team


A background that convinces us


  • You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in security management or a comparable field of study and have several years of relevant professional experience

  • Alternatively, you have several years of professional experience in the police, the Armed Forces or other authorities and can prove your professional know-how (e.g. CPP, PSP, ASP)

  • You approach problems actively and enjoy developing clever solutions using efficient methods.

  • You convince your environment with your confident appearance as well as your strong communication skills and you build on sustainability when networking.

  • In your daily work and organization you are characterized by your continuous focus on the end result.

  • You are business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

  • You are willing to travel locally and internationally
