Deine Aufgaben
- Zahlungseingangsbearbeitung Debitoren
- Pflege, Abstimmen und Bereinigung von Debitorenkonten
- Pflege der Debitorenstammdaten
- Bearbeitung von Ratenzahlungsvereinbarungen
- Bearbeitung von Rücklastschriften
- Bearbeiten Kundenanfragen zu Mahnungen und Zahlungen
- Buchung, Pflege, Abstimmung, Bereinigung von Sachkonten
- Bearbeitung von Standardvorgängen
- Schriftliche/mündliche Kommunikation mit internen/externen Partnern
Dein Profil
- Kenntnisse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Kenntnisse der eingesetzten IT-Anwendungen (SAP und MS Office)
- Teamfähigkeit
- gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Organisationsvermögen
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
