Job description

Eine Aufgabe, die dich begeistert

  • Mitwirkung an der termingerechten Durchführung der Vergütungsabrechnung für aktive Mitarbeiter*innen

  • Erfassung von Ein- und Austrittsmaßnahmen sowie Vertragsänderungen

  • Erfassung monatlicher Bewegungsdaten unter Prüfung und Berücksichtigung der kollektiv- sowie steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Anforderungen

  • Berechnung und Erfassung von Zuschusszahlungen

  • Pflege sonstiger Personalstammdatenänderungen

  • Pflege von An- und Abwesenheiten unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Regelungen

  • Erfüllung der gesetzlichen Auskunfts-, Bescheinigungs- und Meldepflichten gegenüber Behörden und sonstigen Verwaltungen

  • Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung und Dokumentation im Rahmen des internen Kontrollsystems

Ein Background, der uns überzeugt

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, ggf. mit Weiterbildung zum/r Lohn-und Gehaltsbuchhalter/in sowie erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung wünschenswert

  • Fundierte aktuelle Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

  • Hohe Kundenorientierung gepaart mit guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP R /3 HR

  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Hohes Maß an Engagement, Belastbarkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

  • Bereitschaft, sich in kurzer Zeit schnell mit einer komplexen Regelungslandschaft vertraut zu machen
