Job description
Eine Aufgabe, die dich begeistert
Mitwirkung an der termingerechten Durchführung der Vergütungsabrechnung für aktive Mitarbeiter*innen
Erfassung von Ein- und Austrittsmaßnahmen sowie Vertragsänderungen
Erfassung monatlicher Bewegungsdaten unter Prüfung und Berücksichtigung der kollektiv- sowie steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Anforderungen
Berechnung und Erfassung von Zuschusszahlungen
Pflege sonstiger Personalstammdatenänderungen
Pflege von An- und Abwesenheiten unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Regelungen
Erfüllung der gesetzlichen Auskunfts-, Bescheinigungs- und Meldepflichten gegenüber Behörden und sonstigen Verwaltungen
Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung und Dokumentation im Rahmen des internen Kontrollsystems
Ein Background, der uns überzeugt
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, ggf. mit Weiterbildung zum/r Lohn-und Gehaltsbuchhalter/in sowie erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung wünschenswert
Fundierte aktuelle Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
Hohe Kundenorientierung gepaart mit guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP R /3 HR
Sorgfältige, selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
Hohes Maß an Engagement, Belastbarkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
Bereitschaft, sich in kurzer Zeit schnell mit einer komplexen Regelungslandschaft vertraut zu machen
