Job description
Die Herausforderung
In der Rolle des Product Owners übernimmst du ein SCRUM Team für die Weiterentwicklung der Datenbanken und Datenbasis für verschiedene zentrale Business Anwendungen
Du verantwortest das Product Backlog, inkl. der Priorisierung und des Stakeholdermanagements
Im Austausch mit den Product Ownern der anderen SCRUM Teams der Abteilung, identifizierst du Abhängigkeiten, sowie Synergien und löst anfallende Probleme
Du entwickelst und bewertest geeignete fachliche Lösungs- und Umsetzungsszenarien und stimmst deinen Lösungsvorschlag mit den Fachabteilungen ab
Die Analyse, Strukturierung, Dokumentation und Abstimmung der Anforderungen für Dein Scrum Team liegen in Deiner Verantwortung. Im Fokus stehen dabei Datenintegrationensowie fachliche Anforderungen rund um KPIs, Merkmale und Flags sowie die Abbildung von Logiken
In dieser Rolle arbeitest du sehr eng mit Business Analysten, dem verantwortlichen Architekten sowie den Entwicklern zusammen
Du verantwortest die Umsetzung bis hin zur Produktivsetzung und stellst die nachhaltige Dokumentation der Ergebnisse sicher
Ein Background, der überzeugt
Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation mit IT-Vertiefung
Fundiertes Wissen zu Vertriebs- und Serviceprozessen aus dem Bereich Telekomunikation, Banken, Energieversorgung, oder einer vergleichbaren Branche kannst Du vorweisen
Du besitzt fundiertes Wissen in agiler Arbeitsweise und praktische Erfahrung insbesondere mit SCRUM in der Rolle des Product Owners
Erfahrungen im agilen Projektmanagement sowie in der Rolle des Business Analysten im BI Umfeld konntest Du ausreichend sammeln
SQL und Data Warehouse Kenntnisse, idealerweise eigene Erfahrung als SQL Entwickler, kannst Du nachweisen, genauso wie praktische Erfahrung im fachlichen Anforderungsmanagement und der Prozessmodellierung
Analytisches Denken, ein strukturiertes Vorgehen und einen hoher Qualitätsanspruch sind für Dich selbstverständlich
Dein gutes Stakeholdermanagement, sowie deine Fähigkeit sicher auf allen Hierarchieebenen zu kommunizieren und zu präsentieren zeichnen dich aus
Sehr gute (C1) Deutsch- und gute (B2) Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
