Job description
Eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Privat- und Geschäftskunden.
- Du beantwortest schriftliche Kundenanfragen sicher in Wort und Schrift.
- Du löst Kundenanliegen fallabschließend und pflegst unsere Datenbank.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden zu Energieverträgen mit Begeisterung.
- Du zeigst Empathie und vertriebliches Geschick.
Das bringst Du mit
- Du arbeitest sicher mit MS-Office/ MS Word und bringst IT-Skills mit.
- Du sorgst für den Wohlfühlfaktor bei unseren Kunden und empfiehlst unsere Servicedienstleistungen.
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung.
- Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Programmen, auch in der Welt des Schreibens.
- Du bist bereit in der Früh- und Spätschicht zu arbeiten (Split-Schichten möglich)

Das brauchst Du für deine Arbeit im Homeoffice
- Du hast einen abschließbaren Raum, in dem du ungestört arbeiten kannst.
- Du hast einen Breitband-Anschluss mit einer Bandbreite von mindestens 5 MBit/s im Download.
- Dein Arbeitsplatz befindet sich in der Nähe des Internetrouters (PC wird per Kabel angeschlossen).
- Du bist bereit die ersten 2 Schulungstage am Standort Brandenburg an der Havel oder Eberswalde zu arbeiten.
