Are you the one to drive E.ONs digital transformation across product teams by means of learning and development?

Do you like to think out of the box to create target group-oriented strategy in terms of engaging content and training approach? To you, implementing learning strategies and designing e-learning courses comes naturally? Then our digital transformation initiative Nautilus, driven by Technology Group within E.ON Digital Technology is the right place for you.

With Nautilus, we as the Technology Group define the way E.ON operates IT in the future. One important step is to move towards a DevOps operating model and to transform the Technology Group into an even more modern, value-adding and fit for purpose way of working. We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will define and shape our L&D strategy and work closely with the Nautilus workstreams. This means that you are part strategist (f/m/d), and part content creator (f/m/d).

meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

  • Responsible for the design and development of e-learning content with the support of Nautilus Product teams e.g. Lumos, FinOps etc.
  • Work with our Digital Empowerment team and our learning platform MyGenius on the curation of technical training as well as training on Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Work close together with Nautilius substream teams to identify future requirements
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend the best approach for digital learning, such as learning management systems, content management systems, virtual classrooms, video conferencing etc.
  • Create and own the upskilling strategy and plan in the context of Nautilus
  • Drive the planning and organization of upskilling events
  • Support and enhance the use of technology for digital learning.

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in IT or similar as well as multiple years of L&D, public relations and change management experience in large international IT organizations or tech firms
  • Business maturity and experience in stakeholder management with top level interfaces, as well as advanced communication and outstanding writing, editing and moderation skills
  • Good understanding of IT topics (e.g. cloudification, DevOps, Security, AI and data) and technological trends
  • Ability to break down complex IT topics and create a powerful learning content in order to inspire and engage with a wide internal audience
  • Experience in organizing online and live events with strong engagement
  • Masterful working with L&D technology, knowledge about social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn) as well as experience with image processing programs, audiovisual media production and content management
