Job description

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and internationalization of Batteries in the EIS Solution portfolio
  • Support and guide regions in project development and building construction knowledge of BESS
  • Develop standardized solutions and contracts
  • Drive global process development
  • Implementing and develop battery expertise our regions support the battery center of competence
  • Analyze international markets for new growth opportunities within the business segment
  • Support on establishing organisational ability to capture significant opportunities
  • Develop own customer leads and enhance the partner network as an essential basis for successful projects
  • Close collaboration with central functions in order to build lasting structures (e.g. finance) for Funding Value Pool and to enable reverse tendering
  • Constant and trusted exchange with other business segments in order to build cross-functional projects and foster cross sales activities

Your Qualifications

  • Expertise in building mid- and large scale BESS and solution development
  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Engineering or construction experience
  • Proven project management experience
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual capabilities
  • Strong commercial drive, best proven by track record
  • Interest in managing virtual teams, best proven by track record
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, "can-do" mentality and results orientation
  • High affinity for topics at the interface between sales, technical delivery, legal, finance and regulation
  • Networking abilities (internal and external) and drive to foster cooperation across borders and functions to build strong relationships to all stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, confident and focused with the ability to take on responsibility and to drive change
  • The role involves some travel, so flexibility and a willingness to travel is a required
